Welcome to Transient House & Tours. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid government-issued ID is required during check-in.
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
• A ₱1,000 reservation fee is required to secure every House, Tour, Food or Package booking.
• The reservation fee forms part of the total booking amount.
• The remaining balance is payable upon arrival/check-in, or before the booked service begins.
• GCash reference numbers must be provided when uploading proof of the reservation fee.
• Bookings without a confirmed reservation fee may be cancelled by the owner.

3. CANCELLATION & REBOOKING
• Reservation fees and amounts paid are non-refundable.
• Unpaid reservations may be cancelled at no charge.
• House, Tour, Food and Package bookings that are confirmed or cancelled with money received may be rebooked, subject to availability. Completed bookings cannot be rebooked.
• Maximum of 2 rebooks per booking, within 7 days from booking date.
• The amount already paid is carried forward; no second reservation fee is charged and no refund is given.
• House rebooks keep the same number of nights and need admin approval.
• No-shows forfeit the reservation fee.

4. HOUSE RULES
• No smoking inside the premises.
• No pets allowed unless pre-approved.
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially at night.
• Guests are responsible for any damages to property.

5. TOURS & ACTIVITIES
• Tour schedules may change due to weather or safety concerns.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions from our staff.
• We are not liable for personal items lost during tours.

6. LIABILITY
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.
• Guests participate in activities at their own risk.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

• We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

• We take reasonable measures to protect your data.
• Access is limited to authorized staff only.
• However, no system is 100% secure — use at your own risk.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
• You may request a copy of your data.
• You may request corrections to your information.
• You may request deletion of your account (subject to legal requirements).

6. COOKIES
• We use session cookies to keep you logged in.
• No third-party tracking cookies are used.
