📋 Booking Policy

By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms:

💳 Reservation Fee & Payment

• A ₱1,000 reservation fee is required to secure your booking.
• The reservation fee forms part of the total booking amount.
• The remaining balance is payable upon arrival / check-in.
• Upload your GCash reference and screenshot of the reservation fee through your profile.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Reservation fees are non-refundable.
• Unpaid reservations may be cancelled at no charge.
• Paid reservations cannot be cancelled for a refund, but they may be rebooked subject to availability and the rebooking rules. The amount already paid is carried forward.
• No-shows forfeit the reservation fee.

🔄 Rebooking Policy

• House, Tour, Food and Package bookings that are confirmed or cancelled with money received may be rebooked instead of cancelled. Completed bookings cannot be rebooked.
• Rebooking is allowed a maximum of 2 times per booking.
• Rebooking must be requested within 7 days from booking date. The amount already paid is carried forward — no second reservation fee and no refund.
• The stay duration (number of nights) must remain the same when rebooking — dates may change, but the length of stay cannot be shortened or extended.
• Rebooking is subject to admin approval and availability.
• Your reservation fee is carried forward — no second reservation fee is charged.
• If the new dates are unavailable, you may choose different dates within the allowed rebook window.

⏳ Unpaid Reservations

• Bookings without a confirmed reservation fee may be cancelled by the owner.

👥 Guest Policy

• The number of guests must not exceed the declared pax count.
• All guest names must be accurate and complete.
• Additional guests beyond the declared pax will not be accommodated.

By checking the box below and clicking "Accept & Confirm Booking", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms — including the non-refundable reservation fee and rebook-only option for paid reservations.
